It is the largest of the four houses that make up the small residential area. It has two bright and very large rooms that allow accommodation for 5 people.
The kitchen is on the first floor but the access stairway is very convenient and usable even to older people. Also this house is completely green building and equipped with anti-seismic systems. In the kitchen there are all the necessary kits, with oven and a fridge. The mattresses of this house are all made of virgin wool with springs. The bathroom has a shower.
