Composed of two floors. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed, for a total of 3 beds; the rooms communicate with a large bathroom. Upstairs there is a kitchen complete with oven and accessories, there is a fireplace, and you can access a terrace exposed to the sun.

The house has an internal staircase and on the lower floor the master bedroom has a French door that allows access to the outside of the garden.

Also this house, like the others of the structure, is completely in green building and has the same anti-seismic devices.
