This house is capable of use for disabled people. The room of considerable respect and the disposition of all the utilities mean that those with motor problems can enjoy a relaxing stay.

The fireplace is raised from the ground to facilitate use, the kitchenette welcomes as in a hug who uses a wheelchair, the doors are sliding and clearly the shower as well as the whole house has no steps. The rooms are two very large with a double bed, two singles and a double sofa bed, in the dining room, in front of the fireplace, so the structure can accommodate a total of 6 people. The furnishings are beginning of the twentieth century, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools and there is a microwave and a fridge. The whole house has been set up using green building criteria and has an anti-seismic curb around the walls.
