The living room leads to a large terrace that allows you to enjoy 360 degrees of the whole plateau where the villa is located. The bathroom is large and has a shower, the rooms and the living room have air conditioning for the summer. The whole house is paved in wood. The stairs to access the apartment are short and according to law. The garden surrounds the whole house and behind it is placed the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.

The holiday home is located in the territory of the Majella National Park. The property is a country villa and is located in an ancient olive grove. Externally, there is a large garden with a 7x4 m wide swimming pool. Within walking distance is the village of Tocco Da Casauria. The location allows you to easily visit both the Gran Sasso d'Italia area and the Majella massif. The facility also allows small pets to enter as long as they are used to living in an apartment. The pool is seasonal and therefore opens from June to September. Inside the holiday home there is wi-fi and air, conditioning in the rooms. In a few minutes you can arrive in a paragliding launch area and rent a flight with a national instructor or if you prefer to canoe in a river reserve, accompanied by instructors.
