The accommodations of Poesia d'Abruzzo are located in the heart of the Majella Park, in the Abruzzo region, always appreciated for its natural beauty, historical and monumental attractions.
Our apartments are located in two separate municipalities: Caramanico Terme and Tocco da Casauria, both in the province of Pescara.
THE HOLIDAY APARTMENTS IN DECONTRA
The four houses of Decontra are rural and finely restored houses, respecting the criteria of originality and the original materials.
The houses are all renovated with green building techniques and seismic structural devices.
The apartments have all in common use of the kitchen to prepare meals. They are equipped with heating included in the price, towels for the bathroom and bedding are also included.

THE apartments OF Tocco da Casauria
The holiday home of Tocco da Casauria is a country villa and is located in an ancient olive grove.
The first apartment is on the first floor, has two bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 4 beds. The second apartment is on the ground floor and has a double bedroom with a maximum capacity of 2/3 bed seats. Externally there is a large garden with a 7x4 metres swimming pool. Within walking distance there is the village of Tocco Da Casauria. The location allows you to easily visit both the Gran Sasso d'Italia area and the Majella massif.
The facility also allows small pets to enter as long as they are used to living in an apartment. The pool is seasonal and therefore opens from June to September. Inside the structure there is wi-fi, air conditioning in the rooms.
A few minutes from the villa you can enjoy a paragliding launch area and rent a flight with an authorized instructor or if you prefer, to canoe in a river reserve as well accompanied by instructors.
